Clifford Chance (CC) has no immediate plans to replace Washington DC managing partner Leiv Blad, who quit last week to join Bingham McCutchen.
Blad was part of a three-lawyer team including Jon Roellke and of counsel Boyd Cloern to leave CC for the antitrust and trade regulation practice at Bingham McCutchen.
Rather than appoint a successor, CC’s New York managing partner and head of the Americas practice, Craig Medwick, will manage both offices while the firm assesses the impact of Blad
