Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has officially unveiled the appointments of ex-Heller Ehrman partners Richard Eaton, Chris Grew and Struan Penwarden as partners in its London office.
As Legal Week revealed last week (24 October) Heller’s highly-regarded venture law group is set to join Orrick along with three associates following Heller’s dissolution last month.
The new arrivals will significantly boost Orrick’s corporate capabilities in the City, taking partner numbers up to 25.
