Investment Banker, legalweek.com’s popular lawyer-turned-banker blogger, has offered a career survival guide for banking lawyers job-hunting amid the turmoil gripping the City.
In a new blog, Investment Banker warns lawyers that have moved to banks during the boom to now avoid moving back to the safety of the law as banking jobs disappear. Investment Banker also argues that many law firms will screen out legally-trained bankers hoping to move back into law as a second-choice option.
