Prosecutors were scheduled Wednesday to present to a grand jury a matter involving a fire at the home of Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina, according to an official with the Harris County DA's office. Medina and his wife, Francisca, were indicted in January in connection with a fire that damaged their home and a neighboring home. David Medina was charged with tampering/fabricating physical evidence, and Francisca Medina was charged with arson. Those charges were dismissed for insufficient evidence.
